Lead generation

Verified leads, with the definition of “good” agreed first.

We find and qualify the people your sales team should be speaking to, and hand them over in a format you can act on the same day.

What is included

Choose the route that fits your sales process.

Some businesses need a researched list for outbound sales. Others need inbound enquiries from campaigns. We can run either, or both together.

Lead stages

One shared language for lead quality.

Before we start, we agree in writing which stage you are buying, so nobody argues about quality afterwards.

Raw lead

A contact who matches your basic criteria and whose details have been checked.

Marketing-qualified

A raw lead who has shown interest, for example by answering qualifying questions.

Sales-qualified

A lead confirmed as having need, authority and timing, ready for a sales conversation.

Meeting booked

A qualified lead who has agreed to speak with your team at a set time.

Pricing can follow the stage: a lower rate for raw leads and a higher rate for qualified ones. We agree on the rate, the stage and the replacement terms for invalid leads in the written scope.

How we run it

Start with a pilot, then scale what works.

We begin with a pilot, for example a first batch of leads against your criteria. You review the batch, tell us what is off, and we tighten the targeting before committing to a monthly volume.

We use publicly available business information and consented sources only, and we follow applicable data protection and anti-spam rules.

Questions

Before you buy leads.

How do you define a qualified lead?

Together, in writing, before we start. We agree which stage you are buying (raw, marketing-qualified, sales-qualified or meeting booked), the criteria for each, and what counts as invalid. A pilot batch lets you test the definition against real leads.

What do you need from us?

A clear picture of your ideal customer (roles, industries, company size, geography), a few examples of your best existing customers, your offer, and a named person in sales who gives feedback on the pilot batch in the first week.

What if some leads are invalid?

We agree a definition of an invalid lead in the scope, such as a wrong number or a contact outside the criteria, and replace those within the agreed window.

Where do leads go, and how fast?

Into a shared sheet or straight into your CRM, with the stage and source recorded on each lead, so your team can act on them the same day.

How do you source contacts, and is it compliant?

We use publicly available business information and consented sources only, and we follow applicable data protection and anti-spam rules. Each lead records where it came from.

How is it priced?

Per pilot batch to begin with, then a monthly fee or a per-lead rate, depending on what you buy. A lower rate usually applies to raw leads and a higher one to qualified leads. Details are shared after a short call.

Which sectors do you work in?

We do our best work with B2B service firms, SaaS and fintech-adjacent businesses, where the ideal customer can be defined clearly. For other sectors we will tell you honestly after the audit whether we can do a good job.
