Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us or apply as a publisher.
1. Who we are
ActiveAdsNext (“ActiveAdsNext”, “we”, “us”) is a growth partner based in Haryana, India. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit activeadsnext.com, contact us, or apply to our publisher programme. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
You can reach us at info@activeadsnext.com.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address, company or app name, the service you are interested in, and the message you send. If you phone or email us, we keep the details you share.
- Publisher applications. When you apply at apply.activeadsnext.com, we receive the details you enter about yourself, your website, app, channel or email list, and your traffic.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and time of visit. Google Analytics and advertising pixels collect similar usage data, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and how you reached the site. See our Cookie policy.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare an audit or proposal, and provide our services.
- To review publisher applications and manage the publisher relationship.
- To operate, secure and improve our website, to measure and improve our marketing, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send you information about our services where you have asked for it or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
4. Consent and lawful use
We process personal data with your consent, or for other purposes the law permits, such as responding to a request you made, complying with the law, or protecting our legitimate business interests where the law allows. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before you withdrew it.
5. The contact form
Our contact form checks your entries in your browser and then opens your own email application with the message filled in, addressed to us. The message is sent only when you send it from your email application, and it is then handled by your email provider and by ours.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, analytics, form and document tools, who may process it only on our instructions.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
- Authorities, courts or other parties where the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.
- A successor, if our business is merged, sold or reorganised, subject to this policy.
7. Third-party services and links
Our pages use Google Analytics and may use advertising pixels from platforms such as Google and Meta, which receive usage data under their own privacy policies. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and your IP address is visible to it. Our pages also link to LinkedIn, Instagram and the publisher application site. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to read them.
8. Data we handle for clients
When we run campaigns or lead generation for a client, we may handle personal data such as leads, customer lists or audience data on the client’s behalf and under their instructions. For lead generation, we use publicly available business information and consented sources only, and we follow applicable data protection and anti-spam rules. If you have a question about data a client holds about you, please contact that client directly or write to us and we will help route your request.
9. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and application information for as long as needed to respond, provide services and manage our relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless the law requires a longer period. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, such as access controls and trusted service providers. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International processing
Some of our service providers may process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure your information is handled with appropriate care and in line with applicable law.
12. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase data we no longer need to keep;
- withdraw your consent; and
- address a grievance about how your data is handled.
To make a request, email info@activeadsnext.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
13. Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please write to us and we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
15. Grievances and contact
